What this website is

Tradium Trades publishes educational content about futures trading. This website is an information and signposting site. It hosts no accounts, no logins, and no checkout. Any product you purchase is bought and delivered on a third-party platform under that platform's own terms.

Everything on this site is for informational and educational purposes. Nothing here is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, video, indicator code, course material, and the Tradium name and mark — is owned by Tradium Trades or used with permission. You may view and share links to it. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, republish, or create derivative works from it without written permission. Purchasing access to a product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership, and it does not permit sharing, reselling, or redistributing that product.

Third-party platforms and purchases

Products and communities are hosted off-site — currently on Whop, TradingView, and Discord. When you buy or join through those platforms, you enter into an agreement with them, and their terms, billing rules, and refund policies apply. Tradium is not responsible for their availability, their pricing changes, or their handling of your transaction.

Community conduct

Access to the Tradium Discord is a privilege, not a right. Harassment, spam, scams, self-promotion, solicitation of other members, and impersonation are not tolerated. We may remove any member from the community at any time, without notice and without refund of any related product purchase.

Acceptable use of this site

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting, scrape it at a volume that degrades performance, introduce malicious code, or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability

We aim to keep the site online but make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site — including any page, link, or product listing — at any time.

Limitation of liability
